Area Sales Manager Jabodetabek (ASM Jabodetabek - MJI)
· Takes responsibility for annual sales budget for his area. Develops adequate trade and operating plans, assures implementation, monitors progress and takes actions to meet annual performance goals.
· Sets goals and responsibilities, provides direction and assures results are produced. Evaluates and enhance individual performance in comparing sales trends of different areas against average, regular coaching in the filed, on-going feedback and in establishing development plans.
· Manages general trade development through precise market share analysis and potentialities.
· Measures progresses against the plan and communicate to Regional Business Manager.
· Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships, especially with Key opinion leaders to strengthen Mead Johnson competitive position and performance.
· Provides Regional Business Manager with extensive analyses to monitor and control sales performances of his area.
· Ensures that customer needs and opportunities are quickly and successfully incorporated into product strategies.
