Youth Economic Empowerment Program Manager (YEE)
(Based in Jakarta)
Plan, in alliance with the World Bank Global Partnership for Youth Investment (GPYI) and ImagiNations, will initiate a Youth Economic Empowerment program in Indonesia. The YEE Program Manager will provide overall leadership for the program which includes integrated youth employment, microfinance and microenterprise development components. He/she will responsible for developing strategies, implementation guidelines, monitoring program implementation, networking and Plan representation with relevant stakeholders.
Skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Economics, Business or Social Development.
· Ten years experience (of which five years should be in management) working on programs that focus on microfinance, micro enterprise development and/or employment with an international NGO, UN or other organizations.
· Extensive experience in working with partners and an ability to negotiate and influence business leaders.
· Experience in the private sector.
· Strong managerial and leadership skills.
· Strong skills in teamwork, strategic planning, advocacy, negotiation and networking.
· Excellent English skills and computer literate.
· High personal integrity.
· Experience working with youth a major advantage as is a knowledge of gender issues in Indonesia.
Girl's Football Project Manager
(Based in Jakarta)
The Girl's Football Project Manager will be responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project through collaboration with Program Manager and Specialists. Provide technical support in project implementation. He/she also responsible for monitoring, reporting, documentation and evaluation
Skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in social science, education/related field
· Minimum 5 years experience managing relevant development programs
· Good knowledge and practice of Adolescent Reproductive Rights
· Good knowledge and practice of Sports especially girl's football
· Good knowledge of government policies in area
· Good command of spoken and written English
Early Child Care Specialist
(Based in Jakarta)
The Early Child Care Specialist will be responsible to ensure that best practices are incorporated into the program design and strategy and monitor program quality throughout the organization. Provide technical support and advice to Plan staff and build their capacity on Early Child Care. He/She also insure that learning takes place and is applied.
Skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Education and Psychology of Education.
· Minimum 5 years experience in area of early child care
· Strong skills in strategic planning, evaluation and analytical skill.
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Good facilitation and negotiation skill
· High personal integrity
· Commitment to community development
Emergency Response Specialist
(Based in Jakarta)
The Emergency Response Specialist will be responsible to ensure that best practices are incorporated into the program design and strategy and monitor program quality throughout the organization. He/she also provide technical support and advice to Plan staff and build their capacity on Emergency Response. Insure that learning takes place and is applied.
Skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in field relevant to emergency response
· Minimum 5 years experience in emergency response related field and project
· Strong skills in strategic planning, evaluation and analytical skill.
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Good facilitation skill, networking, negotiation and diplomacy
· High personal integrity
Health Program Officer
(Based in Grobogan)
The Health Program Officer will be responsible for implementation, monitoring & evaluation the Health Program/Project in PU Grobogan
Skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in public health, community-based primary health care, midwifery/nursing, nutrition, environmental sanitation.
· Minimum 3years experiences in health program/project implementation at the grass root level with government or development institutions
· Strong skills in teamwork, facilitation, collaboration, networking and advocacy
· High personal integrity
· Commitment to community development
· Understanding of local culture, social structure and power distribution will be advantageous.
Translator
(Based in Jakarta)
The translator will be responsible for translating all articles, stories, releases and reports from Bahasa Indonesia to English and vice versa (from English to Bahasa Indonesia)
Skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in English literature/Educatio
· Minimum 3 years experience as interpreter and translator
· Strong English skill and Bahasa Indonesia
· Computer literate.
· Experience in NGOs will be an advantage.
