   Job Title:                    Partner Coordinator   Report To:                  COP Supervision of:            N/A Duty Station:              Jakarta    JOB SUMMARY:                       The USAID IFACS project will have multiple implementation partners working in eight target sites and will have extensive responsibility for coordinating the work of USAID/Indonesia implementing partners and supporting the activities of other US government agencies such as the US Forest Service.  The Partner Coordinator will work under the direction of the COP to manage and take primary responsibility for implementing these coordination and support functions.    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:    Maintain regular communication with IFACS      implementing partners and USAID forest partner organizations including      NGOs and USG agencies.  Work with the      Communications Specialist to insure that information is shared among      partners through the project web site or other means.      Assist the      COP to report to USAID on activities of partner organizations and other      activities and developments in the forests sector.      Collaborate      with the M&E Specialist to facilitate integration of partners into      work planning and monitoring.        Manage the      process of planning and implementing meetings and workshops to facilitate      partner coordination and as directed by USAID to support the activities of      USG partners.      Assist the      COP to plan and implement meetings of the project Steering Committee.    QUALIFICATIONS: (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)           Education:  University Degree                Work Experience:                   At least ten years of experience working on development projects or in the private sector. Significant practical management experience, with management of complex organizational relationships preferred.  Knowledge of the forests sector in Indonesia preferred.    SKILLS:   Excellent written and verbal communicator.Ability to use spread sheet software    Ability to work independently and maintain focus on tasks.Ability to manage multiple organizational relationships and      tasks simultaneously.Ability to work harmoniously with a wide range of people and      organizations.    LANGUAGES: Ability to speak and write both English and Indonesian fluently.

   Job Title:                    Communication and Learning Specialist Report To:                  Forestry, Climate Change and Biodiversity Advisor Supervision of:            n/a Duty Station:              Jakarta    JOB SUMMARY:                       The Communication and Learning Specialist will work closely with the Forestry, Climate Change and Biodiversity Advisor and the Training Specialist to lead the implementation of the Communication and Outreach Strategy.     MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:       Develop and      lead detailed work plan for implementation of the IFACS communication and      Outreach Strategy.        Work with      IFACS staff and partners to develop content and messages for website and      other media.      Provide      training to field staff on the use of media for message delivery      Analyse and      compile lessons learned as the basis for creating communications messages      Identify      advocacy strategies and develop appropriate mediums for advocacy messages      Develop media      campaigns Support IFACS grantees to develop appropriate outreach messages for communities and other forestry stakeholders    QUALIFICATIONS: (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)           Education: University degree in communications, psychology or related discipline.      Work Experience: At least 10 years experience related to media development and communications.  Familiarity with, or training in Behaviour Change Communications strategies. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead effective public outreach campaigns; demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams; experience developing and adapting multi-media messages for a diverse range of stakeholders; demonstrated ability to train and build capacity for advocacy.  USAID experience preferred.      Skills:  Training and facilitation; ability to engage with multiple stakeholders; media material developments     Languages: Native fluency in spoken and written Indonesian and professional competency in spoken and written English              General:   Ability to engage in activities occurring in multiple field      sites with multiple stakeholders across Indonesia.  Willingness to travel extensively in Indonesia.
