Our Client,  PT. PZ Cussons Indonesia  (www.pzcussons.com) , a multinational company, which produced Cussons Baby Products; Cussons Imperial Leather, and Carex is seeking people to fill in positions with following experiences and skills :

 

 

Head of Supply Chain Finance        ( HSCF – PZC )

 

Job Description

·         Develop standard costs and monitor standard vs. actual cost

·         Determine new product costs

·         Responsible for all manufacturing variances analysis

·         Provide manufacturing performance report

·         Provide input for Sales and Operation Planning, Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Development activities

·         Liaise with procurement for purchase contract and provide inventory analysis (including stock aging)

·         Monitor and control factory capex

·         Involve in validating manufacturing cost saving initiatives

·         Monitor manufacturing cost saving initiatives to ensure target is being delivered

·         Monitor and control inventory at factory and 3rd parties

·         Responsible for year end closing and audit

·         Periodically review primary supply chain cost to improve efficiency and/or identify cost saving

·         Staff management, motivation and trains
