searching for the following positions:

2 Field Officers - 1 based in
& 1 in Cipayung centre
General Requirements:
- Having
experience in working with INGO or international environment
- Able to work
independently with minimum supervision and to handle multi tasking jobs
- Possessing computer skills, including internet
communication/
and Power Point)
- Having the ability to
work in a team and harmoniously in a multi-cultural environment
- Willing to travel to project site and to be
based on project site
- Able to speak and write English and Bahasa
- Should have the ability to interact and
communicate with wide range of stakeholder (local NGO, local government and
beneficiaries)
Specific Requirements:
Program Manager (code: PM)
- S1 in
relevant field, S2 preferred
- Min 5 years experience implementing relief and/or
development programs with an International NGO
- Proven
experience with community development processes using participatory
methodologies
- Proven
experience in managing human resources in general and cross-sector program
staff specifically.
- Proven
experience in proposal and report development
Program
Officer PSS (code: PO-PSS)
- Having background/ degree
in Psychology, Sociology, Social work, Humanities, or related field with at
least 2 years working experience in related field
- Good interpersonal skills
with ability to motivate/counsel both staff as well as local partners/community
- Having experience in
community based psychosocial support is an advantage.
- Having a skill in
writing, reporting, and documenting is essential.
- Having
an understanding of discrimination and its effects.
Field officer (code: FO)
- D3 in social or economic
related study
- 1 year experience in
community development program is beneficial
- Willing to be based in
the project site/field
