[lowongan-beasiswa] Several Manager positions at National IT Company

A Pioneer in medical healthcare software development company, due to its rapid expansion, currently requires:

 

1.      IT OPERATIONS DIVISION HEAD (OPS) &

     SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (SDM)

 

  • Having a bachelor or master degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering.

 

  • Male, age between 30-45 years old with min. 5 years experience in a managerial level (OPS) and min. 5 years experience in managing software development projects (SDM).

 

  • Having detailed knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies is a must. Furthermore, knowledge of software configuration management and product lifecycle management will be a definite advantage.

 

  • Having previous hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure & software development with familiarity in Windows Server and Open Source environment (OPS).

 

  • Having proven track record in developing mission critical - enterprise grade, preferably in ERP software application.

 

  • Having previous hands-on experience in developing client side components for 3-tier web based application, Java (Enterprise Edition), BEA WebLogic, JSP, HTML, AJAX, Power Builder (SDM) and network/socket programming (OPS).

 

  • Having excellent management and leadership skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and  presentation skills, driven, result-oriented and a good team-player.

 

2. POWER BUILDER PROGRAMMER (PB)

 

  • Having a bachelor/master degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/Telecommunication/Electrical Eng/Inf  Eng/Inf System
  • Mature (age between 25-30 years)
  • Min. 1 Year Experience in the same position (PB)
  • Having Previous hands-on experience in developing client side components for 3-tier web based application, Power Builder, C#, J2EE, XML, RDBMS is preferable
  • Having excellent communication skills is a must; driven, self-motivated, result oriented and a good team-player

 

3. PROJECT MANAGER (PM) & PROJECT DIVISION HEAD (PDH)
  • Bachelor/master degree from a reputable university majoring in  Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Mature (age; 30-40; Self-starter, self-motivated and result-oriented; good interpersonal & communication skill; able to work independently and at the same time, be a good team player.
  • At least 3 years experience (PM) in project/software implementation as a Project Manager in the business integration with proven organization and prioritization skill; strong knowledge in project management methodology.
  • At least 5 years experience (PDH) in project/software implementation as a Project Senior Manager who has responsibility to supervise 3 Project Managers in the business integration with proven organization and prioritization skill; strong knowledge in project management methodology.
  • Hands on experience in ERP implementation at external clients companies.
