Following the company strategy to expand, we are inviting expenenced, highly committed and well-qualified professionals to join our existing team on the following roles

Business Development, GM (Jakarta Base)
Champion the Business Development function to ensure that resourceful networking relationship with related parties, Oil & Gas industry and local authorities has been explored a�ct established as well as to further develop and Invest in other energy resources opportunities by partnering with major state-owned and/or multinational oil & gas companies.

Human Resources Manager (Jakarta Base)
Serve as a business partner to plan, formulate and implement HR initiatives and programs to grow the Business UnWs business objectives. Lead and manage the day-to-day full spectrum human resources functions, including staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and training & development to meet business needs.

Operation Superintendent (Aceh Base)
Provide competent technical, service support and methods in maintaining the new and existing facilities as well as ensure highgest equipment and facility. Maintain production quality and flow-rate to meet oil production target. Control and minimize expenses. Determine, specify and control stock of materials and spare parts for pperation, tools and equipment related to production field operation (well and facilities).

Bachelor degree/ higher in related degree/ engineering background, with min. 10 years proven track record in related oil and gas experience

Production Supervisor (Aceh Base)
Lead and direct field production and well operations as well as maintain equipment reliability to achieve safe and optimal production.

HSE Supervisor (Jakarta Base)
Responsible for performing of all HSE activities which include Health, Safety & Environment Control on policy, responsibilities, prirciples and review techniques under supervision of HSE QA/QC Manager. Leading and support operations, drilling, and project teams with all Health, safety and Environmental services needed to achieve bt.siness goals by providing technical advices, execution of the HSE programs for project and on-going projects. Developing, monitoring and administration of an effective company�s HSE program towards proterting and preserving the company resources such as personnel, facilities and materials from loss due to fires, accidents and harmful exponsure.

Bachelor degree/ higher in related degree/ engineering background, with min. 5 years proven track record in related oil and gas experience

HSE Officer (Jakarta Base)
Plan and implement an effective company s HSE program towards protecting and preserving the company resources such as personnel, facilities and materials from loss due to fire, accidents and harmful exposures.

Finance / Cost Control Officer (Aceh Base)
Prepare annual budget for field operation; realization of approved budget and submit monthly reports; daily transactions and cash flow; monthly field cash & bank reconciliation statements and maintain fix asset and

Accountant (Jakarta Base)
Prepare and manage statutory reports for local and offshore companies. Assist in day-to-day financial and accounting transactions anj reports, such as cash flow, bank recoriciliation statements, tax preparation report etc.

Bachelor degree/ higher in related degree/ engineering background, with min. 3 years proven track record in related oil and gas experience.

[lowongan-beasiswa] Kyoto University, Japan: Doctoral Scholarships in Energy Science, Graduate School of Energy Science

International Doctoral Program (IDP) in Energy Science
Graduate School of Energy Science, Kyoto University
The international Doctoral Program in Energy Science is offered to provide foreign students and researchers, who have a Master�s degree (or equivalent), an opportunity to further their studies toward a Doctoral degree at Kyoto University. In this Doctoral Program, Japanese proficiency is not required since students can obtain the necessary credits by choosing ones among a variety of subjects presented in English and their research works are also supervised in English. An evaluation of eligibility for admission will be made on the basis of the documents submitted to our School Affairs Office.
Eight students will be admitted each year with a scholarship from the Japanese Government.
Scholarship

Allowance: 155,000 to 158,000yen per month for at most 36 months (subject to change depending upon the annual budget of each year)
Travel to and from Japan: Economy-class round trip airfare
School fees: Exemption from the entrance and tuition fees

Eligibility

Nationality: Any of the countries with which Japan has official diplomatic relations
Age:under 35 years of age as of April 1, 2011
Academic qualifications: Master�s degree or equivalent (by the end of September, 2011)
Language ability: Good command of English (Japanese is not required)

Document for Application
For enrollment in October, 2011, the following documents must arrive before November 15, 2010 at our School Affairs Office (address given below).

Application forms, including the Certificate of Health, which can be downloaded from our homepage (see below)
Official document verifying nationality
Certificates: Bachelor�s and Master�s Degrees (or equivalents)
Official academic records: Undergraduate and graduate levels
Recommendation letters: Dean of the graduate school and supervisor (undergraduate and/or graduate) and head of the employing organization (if currently working)
Research plan / List of scientific publications / Brief description of academic achievements
A copy of Master�s Thesis (or equivalent)
A copy of an official GRE (General test), TOEFL or TOEIC test score, taken within the last 24 months

To ensure a successful Application
Each applicant should contact his/her prospective supervisor at Graduate School of Energy Science Kyoto University before applying.
Notification of Decision
The applicants will be informed of the result of the 1st stage selection by Kyoto University by around the end of March, 2011. The selected applicants will then be recommended to the Japanese Government as applicants for the scholarship. Applicants will be informed of the final result by around the end of April, 2011.
