1. Partnership Officer (Position Code: PO/CFI) Based in Kupang

- Key Responsibilities: To assist in the coordination and management of relationships with project partners delivering assistance and program support to partners in line with organization program and policies; To support the partners in planning, monitoring and evaluation of program and projects in the respective location.
- Qualifications: University degree on any relevant studies be it social, political or natural science (any knowledge on development issues will be preferable); Min 5 years experience working with an INGO working with local NGO partners especially on Child development.

2. Finance Assistant (Position Code: FA/CFI) Based in Kupang

- Key Responsibilities: To assist the Zonal team/Country team with the financial management of the area program; Support the partners and project in day to day finance management, monitoring and reporting.

- Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study. Min of 2 year's work experience in finance sector,

POSITION: Human Resources and Administration Officer
LOCATION: Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist management with a broad array of HR and admin functions
including: filing, correspondence, asset tracking and management,
recruitment, contracts and procurement
• Manage interns and volunteers, including logistics, transportation, and

• Supervise IT staff, office assistants and drivers and assist with other
HR issues
• Maintain database of organizational partners and clients

Qualifications:

summary of key functions:

Finance Officer

* Maintain day to day financial control of the services within the budget
heads aggred by Site Coordinators and Directors
* Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored,
including credit control
* Support the Board of Directors, Site Coordinators in the provision of
financial information
* Advise on the proper allocation of resources
* Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls and in place
and in use at all times
* Prepared and review detailed budgets for approval by Site Coordinators
or Directors in the Headquarter
* Make regular reports to Site Coordinator and Board of Directors on
income, expenditures and any variation from the budgets
* Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to

* Act as verification officer in fund request and cheques signatory and

· Ensure, delegating as appropriate, that each site office finance
management are adequately managed, staffed and resourced

· Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of

projects

Qualifications :
* Minimum strata 1 degree, in Accounting Major
* GPA is not less than 2,75

Objective 1 : Contribute to raise ACF profile in Indonesia : representation of
ACF as a reference in Nutrition, through an active networking

Activities :
* Participation to nutrition meeting (cluster, forum) and trainings
* Enhance active participation in forum/events around nutrition and care
practices (i.e.: week of breastfeeding).
* Advocate/share information about ACF experiences/expertise on nutrition and
care practices with others actors in nutrition/Ministry of Health
* Enhance link with stakeholders (UN agencies, NGOs, Ministry of
Health/department of nutrition) :
-          with stakeholders as privileged partner in the implementation of CMAM
and the voice of nutrition actors towards the government.
-          with government at capital level for support on nutrition policy +
advocacy about protocols (take in account MUAC criteria, implementation of a

-          with government at province level where ACF is working (Province
Health Office and nutrition department)
Objective 2 : Provide technical support / supervision / counselling

Objective 3 : Collect information/data about nutrition :
Activities :
* Enhance link with University/Research Institutes on nutrition, public health,
psychology/social science to keep informed on research developments and to
establish partnerships.
* Literature review (situational analysis, activity reports, press articles,
essays, etc.) to closely follow the situation in the country regarding
nutrition/care practices.
Diploma / Level of studies :
Master in Public Health, with a Nutritionist degree a major in Nutrition, with
experience and/or strong interest in care practices

Required skills:
* Previous experience in the humanitarian field
* Thorough knowledge of public health, nutrition and psychology/social science
* Experience in IYCF (Infant Young Child Feeding)
* Good communication and networking skills (partners, authorities)
* Good analysis & reporting skills
* Fluent in English (written, spoken)

Asian Graduate Student Fellowships

The Asia Research Institute of NUS invites  applications from citizens of Asian countries enrolled for a fulltime advanced  degree at a university in an Asian country (except Singapore) for consideration  for the award of Asian Graduate Student Fellowships. These fellowships are  offered to current graduate students doing their Master's or PhD degrees and  working in the Humanities and Social Sciences on Southeast Asian topics, and  will allow the recipients to be based at NUS for an 'in residence fellowship'  for a period of three months. The aim of the fellowship is to enable scholars to  make full use of the wide range of resources held in the libraries of NUS and  the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies. Scholars will be expected to commence  on 3 May 2011, and to make a presentation on their work at the Singapore  Graduate Forum on Southeast Asian Studies at the end of July 2011.

Successful candidates can expect the following  benefits:
1) A monthly allowance of SGD1,000.
2) A monthly housing allowance of SGD250.
3) A settling-in allowance of SGD150.
4) A sum of $100 on a reimbursement basis for  miscellaneous expenses
5) A one-time round trip travel subsidy by the  most economical and direct route on a reimbursement basis upon being accepted  for the fellowship.
6) Access to library and computer resources on  campus.

Applicants are invited to e-mail/facsimile/mail  their application forms (CLICK  HERE), a 2-page outline of their research proposal in English (this may be  accompanied by a longer statement in a Southeast Asian language) to the address  below by 15 November 2010. Arrangements should also be made by which at least  two letters of reference, one of which is from your principal supervisor, are  sent confidentially to the same address by the same deadline.
The 2-page research proposal must include the  following details:
1) Whether the data collection or fieldwork  stage of the research has already been completed;
2) how the fellowship will contribute to the  research;
3) the types of sources to be consulted in  Singapore;
4) proposed work plan during the  fellowship.
You can look forward to excellent library  and internet computer facilities at NUS' main library (http://www.lib.nus.edu.sg/),  the library at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS) (http://www.iseas.edu.sg/library.html) and the Lee Kong Chian  Reference Library at the National Library (http://www.nlb.gov.sg) to facilitate your research for the  dissertation. NUS' main library has 2 million volumes covering all topics while  ISEAS' library has 200,000 on Southeast Asian topics, half of which are in  Southeast Asian languages.

[lowongan-beasiswa] STUNED Scholarships untuk kandidat di luar pulau jawa

Pendaftaran program pra-registrasi StuNed kembali dibuka khusus bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang bekerja di salah satu institusi yang menjadi partner Kedutaan Besar Belanda (daftar dapat dilihat di website Nuffic Neso Indonesia) yang menetap dan bekerja di luar pulau Jawa.

Untuk mendaftar program pra-registrasi StuNed, peminat diminta melengkapi persyaratan Institutional atau Prediction TOEFL dengan skor minimal 475 atau IELTS dengan skor minimal 5.0. Pada tahap awal ini peminat belum diharuskan untuk memiliki surat penerimaan dari salah satu universitas di Belanda.

Tahapan dan prosedur
1. Download formulir pra-registrasi di www.nesoindonesia.or.id ;

2. Pilih program studi yang sesuai di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Belanda, daftar pilihan bisa dilihat di www.studyinholland.nl ;

3. Melampirkan persyaratan lengkap sebagai berikut:

a. Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP);

b. Fotokopi Ijasah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh universitas;

c. Fotokopi hasil tes Institutional atau Prediction TOEFL atau IELTS. Diizinkan untuk menyertakan hasil tes dari lembaga bahasa setempat;

d. Riwayat Hidup (Curriculum Vitae/CV), formulir bisa diambil dari website;

e. Surat referensi dari tempat kerja atau universitas. Surat dibuat di atas kop surat lembaga pemberi referensi;

f. Fotokopi Surat Keputusan/Pengangkatan (SK) bagi pegawai pemerintah atau Kontrak Kerja bagi yang lain;

g. 2 lembar pasfoto berwarna ukuran 3 X 4.

4. Kirimkan formulir dengan persyaratan lengkap ke kantor Neso (rangkap 2). Hanya formulir yang lengkap yang akan diproses.

Mereka yang telah mendaftar program pra-registrasi StuNed akan diseleksi dan yang lolos seleksi akan diikutkan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris intensif di Jakarta selama 4 bulan mulai dari bulan Januari hingga April 2011.

Mereka yang diikutkan pelatihan selanjutnya akan mengikuti tes IELTS. Hasil tes IELTS minimal 6.0 (atau lebih tinggi bila disyaratkan pihak universitas yang diminati di Belanda) dan surat penerimaan dari universitas harus sudah diserahkan ke Neso paling lambat akhir Mei 2011.

Batas akhir pendaftaran program pra-registrasi StuNed tahun akademik 2010 adalah: 15 Oktober 2010.

PROGRAM BEASISWA PEMERINTAH SWISS
Tahun Akademik 2011/12

Pemerintah Swiss melalui Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS) menawarkan beasiswa dalam jumlah terbatas untuk negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia.

Beasiswa tersebut ditawarkan untuk mahasiswa PASCA SARJANA (POSTGRADUATE) yang ingin melakukan riset atau meraih gelar master di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Swiss.

Penerima beasiswa dapat melakukan riset atau kuliah di perguruan tinggi di Swiss yang tercantum pada halaman 3 dan 4. Program studi atau pendidikan berikut TIDAK termasuk
dalam tawaran beasiswa ini:
1. Ilmu Kesenian
2. Pendidikan Strata 1
3. Pendidikan Sekolah Perhotelan
4. Pertukaran mahasiswa
5. Part-time studies
6. On-the-job studies
7. Studi jarak jauh (correspondence course)

Beasiswa berlangsung selama 9 (sembilan) bulan (1 tahun akademik). Dalam kondisi tertentu beasiswa dapat diperpanjang maksimal hingga tahun ajaran ke-2 sesuai dengan pertimbangan FCS dan perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan.

Persyaratan

1. Warga Negara Indonesia (diprioritaskan WNI yang sedang tinggal dan berkarir di Indonesia)
2. Ijazah perguruan tinggi (minimal Sarjana Strata-1 atau sederajat)
3. Batas umur pada waktu melamar harus di bawah 35 tahun (lahir setelah tanggal 31 Desember 1975)
4. Menguasai bahasa yang digunakan dalam program studi yang dipilih (Bahasa Jerman/Bahasa Prancis/Bahasa Itali dan/atau Bahasa Inggris)
5. Surat konfirmasi dari professor/universitas di Swiss yang menyatakan bahwa pihak universitas menyetujui rencana riset atau menerima pelamar beasiswa sebagai mahasiswa program master serta memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang sesuai. Jika surat penerimaan dari universitas belum dapat dikeluarkan, minimal pelamar harus
melampirkan korespondensi dengan pihak universitas yang menyatakan pelamar telah mendaftar untuk program master.
6. Memiliki rencana riset dan motivasi yang menjelaskan secara rinci dan jelas tujuan dari riset/studi beserta kemungkinan integrasi profesional jika kembali ke Indonesia.

Untuk memperoleh konfirmasi yang dimaksud, pelamar harus aktif berhubungan langsung dengan universitas di Swiss. Informasi kontak dan alamat dapat dilihat di situs resmi universitas.

Prosedur permohonan

Formulir pendaftaran beasiswa dapat diperoleh hingga tanggal 15 Oktober 2010 dan hanya disediakan untuk pelamar yang sesuai dengan persyaratan tersebut di atas.
Untuk memperoleh formulir, pelamar harus mengirim surat permohonan singkat yang berisi keterangan dan dokumen sebagai berikut :
1. Nama lengkap
2. Tanggal lahir
3. Ketrampilan bahasa asing. Sebutkan bahasa resmi di Swiss yang dikuasai dengan baik (Jerman, Prancis atau Itali, tergantung lokasi dari universitas yang dituju)
4. Program studi dan perguruan tinggi yang dituju
5. Fotokopi surat penerimaan dari profesor atau konfirmasi/korespondensi dengan perguruan tinggi yang dipilih.
6. a. Untuk peminat beasiswa riset: proposal riset (± 5 halaman) termasuk informasi pengalaman riset yang relevan dengan bidang riset yang akan didalami
b. Untuk peminat beasiswa master: karangan singkat berisi motivasi untuk kuliah di Swiss dan prioritas bidang studi yang dipilih untuk karir di masa depan dan pengembangan profesional lainnya setelah beasiswa usai(± 2 halaman).

10. Surat pemeriksaan medis (formulir tersedia bersama formulir pendaftaran)
11. Dokumen lain (sertifikat kursus bahasa, dll.)
Sertifikat yang difotokopi harus dilegalisir sesuai aslinya. Dokumen-dokumen (sertifikat, surat rekomendasi, dll.) yang tidak dikeluarkan dalam Bahasa Inggris, Jerman, Perancis atau Itali harus diterjemahkan ke dalam salah satu bahasa tersebut dan dilegalisir serta dilampirkan

Harap diingat bahwa hanya aplikasi yang lengkap dan disusun rapi yang akan dipertimbangkan. Hanya beberapa pelamar yang terseleksi yang diundang untuk wawancara dan test bahasa. Wawancara dan test bahasa ini hanya dilaksanakan di Kedutaan Besar Swiss di Jakarta. Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS) akan mengumumkan penerima beasiswa pada bulan Mei 2011.

Jumlah beasiswa

CHF 1.920,-/bulan (untuk biaya hidup)
Catatan: Harap diingat, bahwa tidak semua program pasca-sarjana dan perguruan tinggi membebaskan penerima beasiswa dari biaya perkuliahan. Beasiswa hanya mencakup biaya hidup di Swiss. Untuk itu setiap pelamar sangat perlu mengklarifikasi kepastian pembebasan uang kuliah untuk program studi yang dipilih dengan perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan.

Biaya perjalanan dan asuransi

Penerima beasiswa dari Indonesia harus menanggung biaya perjalanan ke Swiss sendiri. Perjalanan pulang ke Indonesia akan ditanggung FCS (tidak termasuk anggota keluarga). Biaya perjalanan pulang tidak akan ditawarkan apabila penerima beasiswa tinggal di Swiss lebih dari 6 bulan setelah menyelesaikan studinya di Swiss, atau apabila bekerja atau pindah ke negara ketiga. Asuransi kesehatan (kecuali untuk gigi) dan asuransi kecelakaan akan disediakan.

Kewajiban penerima beasiswa

Penerima beasiswa harus bertempat tinggal di tempat studinya di Swiss dan harus mengikuti semua aturan hukum yang berlaku bagi orang asing yang bertempat tinggal di Swiss serta aturan yang berlaku di perguruan tinggi. Anggota keluarga tidak dapat dibawa oleh penerima
beasiswa pada tahun pertama namun diperbolehkan untuk mengunjungi Swiss sebagai turis dengan biaya sendiri.

Penerima beasiswa harus memberikan pernyataan tertulis untuk kembali ke Indonesia setelah menyelesaikan studi / risetnya di Swiss.
Beasiswa FCS tidak dapat diambil secara bersamaan dengan beasiswa lain. Apabila penerima beasiswa menerima beasiswa lain atau bantuan keuangan (mis.: gaji), beasiswa akan dibatalkan.
