1. Human Resource (HR)
based: Site Area
� S1 Degree in Management, Psychology
� Min 2 years experience in handling recruitment, compensation and benefit, training development or HR Generalist
� Understand about Jamsostek, Tax and Payroll
� Having good knowledge in HR field

2. Community Development (CDO)
based: Site Area
� S1 degree in any discipline study
� Min. 3 years experience in handling Community Development Program, preferably in coal mining company and accomplished at least one successful CD project
� Good relationship with Community, Government Institution and Non Government Organization.
3. Government Relation Supervisor (GRS)
based: Site Area
� S1 degree in law or communications
� 2 years experience as external relation
� Able to handle permit/license processing, maintaining external stakeholder relations, and keep government regulation compliance
� Having good communication with local government

4. Business Analyst (BSA)
based: Jakarta
� Bachelor Degree or Master Business Analyst (MBA)
� Has Engineering background is advantage
� Min.4 years experience as Business Analyst in Mining or Oil & Gas Industry
� Having analytical and research skill

5. Spare Part Purchasing Section Chief (SPP)
based: Site Area
� Bachelor Graduate in Mechanical Engineer
� Min. 3 Years experience in Purchasing & Logistic Field
� Having basic knowledge in Mechanical / Coal Mining field
� Able to work under pressure, having good attitude and loyalty
� Fluently in English both oral and written

6. Consumable Goods Purchasing Supervisor (CGP)
based: Site Area
� Bachelor Graduate in Mechanical Engineer
� Min. 1 Years experience in Purchasing Field
� Having basic knowledge in Mechanical / Coal Mining field
� Able to work under pressure, having good attitude and loyalty
� Fluently in English both oral and written

7. Heavy Equipment Spare Part (HES)
based: Site Area
� Bachelor Graduate in Mechanical Engineer
� Min. 3 Years experience in Purchasing & Logistic Field
� Having basic knowledge in Mechanical / Coal Mining field
� Able to work under pressure, having good attitude and loyalty
� Fluently in English both oral and written

8. Fuel And Non Spare Part Purchasing Section Chief (FNS)
based: Site Area
� Bachelor Graduate in Management/Marketing or related field
� Min 3 year experience in Procurement
� Having knowledge with contract agreement process
� Familiar with Procurement performance report and procurement process
� Having basic knowledge of mechanical
� Having good service of mind and negotiation skill
� Good communication in both written and spoken English is a must (report writing)

9. Land Management Superintendent (LMS)
based: Site Area
� Bachelor Graduate in Law
� Min 3 year experience as Lawyer
� Responsible to do land compensation, to monitor and processing the land certificate as needed by the company, to Support and make sure that mine concession comply with regulation, as representing if there some case to the court
� Having good ability to negotiate and to develop relationship with local community
� Having good knowledge of mining regulation and land compensation is preferable
� Fluently in English both oral and written

10. Environment Reporting Administration (ERA)
based: Jakarta
� D3 or Bachelor Graduate in Environment Engineering
� Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
� Have understanding according to the environmental parameters and threshold limit, and the related environmental regulation

MSc Management and Information Systems Scholarship for Study by Distance Learning at University of Manchester

Overview
The School of Environment and Development invites applications for a fully-funded scholarship for candidates from developing countries for Master`s study by distance learning on the MSc Management and Information Systems. The scholarship will cover all study costs including tuition and examining fees and course material costs.

MSc Management and Information Systems
The MSc in M&IS develops the �hybrid� mix of management and information systems skills that we know from experience is essential to the successful and strategic application of information and communication technologies by today�s organizations.
It is designed to develop two groups of participants in developing and transitional economies: functional managers who wish to take greater control over, and make a more direct contribution to, change in their organizations via the development and implementation of information systems; and information systems professionals who wish to improve the success rate of the information systems they develop or use, and who may also wish to upgrade their management skills and knowledge.
The programme is offered by IDPM`s Development Informatics Group, with staff members contributing to the University`s Centre for Development Informatics.

Who studies on this programme?
The MSc M&IS programme is available through distance learning so that practitioners can study while continuing to work in their ongoing professional roles, in the public, private and civil society sectors, or in roles in international organizations, agencies or NGOs. Students work alongside their MSc study, and complete the programme part-time, typically in about two-and-a-half years.

Who is eligible to apply for a scholarship?
The scholarships are intended to support students from developing countries who would not otherwise be able to study for a UK qualification. Applicants should:

Be a national of and resident in a developing country of Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Latin America or Oceania.
Have at least two years` work experience in a post relevant to their MSc M&IS studies.
Hold a UK second class honours, upper division, or above, or its international equivalent, in their Bachelor`s degree.

Applicants must not have previously studied in a developed country (short/language courses excluded).

Deadline for applications
The deadline for applications to be submitted is Friday 17 December 2010 17.00 GMT. If you are successful you will be notified by the end of December 2010 and start the programme in January 2011.
