GM OPERATIONAL

 

Qualification :

 

  • Male / female, with max 35 years old
  • Min bachelor degree in related field
  • Min 5 years experience in the position of retail industry
  • Deep understanding of strategic and developing operational
  • Solid knowledge of PC based application (MS Office)
  • Good leadership, good managerial skills, good problem solving and good team work
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Available for traveling and placement Bali

 

 

HR & GA MANAGER

Qualifications :

  • Male/ Female, Max 35 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Management Human Resources, Psychology or Law
  • Has min 3 years experience in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge in General Affairs (GA),  Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Appraisal, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Personnel Admin, Industrial Relation and Labor Management, Balance Score Card and Organization Structure.
  • Excellent hands on experience in designing and developing training
  • Possess strong leadership skills and capable of achieving goals set by higher management
  • Self motivated, smart worker with strong analytical and generic problem solving skills
  • Reliable to make good, responsible and accountable decisions
  • Communicates effectively with ability to manage, coordinate, influence and collaborate with others
  • Positive towards people and work, with a willingness to lead staff in improving their depth and breadth of expertise and knowledge

RETAIL & OPERATIONAL MANAGER

 

Qualification :

 

  • Male / female, age max 35 years old
  • Min bachelor degree in related field
  • Have experiences minimum 3 years on retail fashion industry
  • Good sales planning & srategi in store, all the activities of merchandiser (including the data analyzing, communicate & follow up both with supplier, store & merchandising productivity)
  • Solid knowledge of PC based application (MS Office)
  • Understanding of strategic & developing sales / operation
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Available for placement Bali

 

 

 

VISUAL MERCHANDISER MANAGER

 

Qualifications :

 

  • Male / female bachelor degree in Visual Merchandising / related field
  • 2 (two) years in similar experience
  • Understanding of visual communication, are communicative and resourceful in executing visual merchandising concepts and handling transforming store windows and visual displays each season
  • Pleasant personality, paid attention on details and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge and skill in design, illustrator, free hand, and photoshop
  • Inspirational with new ideas at conceptual level
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel a lot
  • Available for traveling and placement Bali

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY   (Asst.Man IT )

 

Qualifications :

 

·        Male / Female, with age min 28 years old

·        Bachelor Degree in Information Technic or Computer Technic with IPK min 3,00

·        Having minimum 4 years experience in IT.

·        Full knowledge in SQL server min. 2000, visual basic (VB), VB NET & SAP

·        Good logic and analytical thinking.

·        Good  communication skill.

·        Willing to work hard and travel a lot; good team work, and ability to work under pressure; self confidence and self motivation.

·        Computer literacy in LAN, Hardware & Internet, proficient in English.

·        Placement in Bali & travel extensively

 

 

 

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STAFF ( IT Staff )

 

Qualification :

 

·      Single, male / female, with max 24 years old

·      S1 Degree in Information Technic or Computer Technic with IPK min 3,00.

·      Having minimum 1 years experience in IT.

·      Full knowledge in SQL server min. 2000, visual basic (VB) and VB NET

·      Good logic and analytical thinking.

·      Good  communication skill.

·      Willing to work hard, good team work, and ability to work under pressure; self confidence and self motivation.

 

 

PROJECT CONTROLLER SUPERVISOR

Qualification :

·      Male, age min 20 years old

·      Minimun S1 Tekhnik Sipil

·      Having minimum 1 years experience in similar position, preferable in project building

·      Computer literate (Ms Office)

·      Good leadership, and good team work

 

 

 

MAINTENANCE

 

Qualification :

 

·      Male, age min 20 years old 

·      Minimum STM from any major

·      Having min 1 years experience in similar position

·      Understanding with electrical installation system

·      Computer literate (Ms Office)

·      Good team work, self motivated & hard working

 

DRAFTER

Qualification :

·      Male, age min 20 years old

·      Minimum S1 from tehknik sipil or any discipline knowledge

·      Having minimum 1 years experience in similar position

·      Computer literate (Ms Office)

·      Preferable have knowledge in AUTOCAD 2D & 3D or sketch up

·      Have ability to draft, design and draw from tools that will be made

·      Good team work, self motivated, self confident & hard working

 

SALES ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Qualifications:

·      Female, age max 25 years old (single)

·      Minimum D-3 from any discipline knowledge

·      Minimum have 1 years experience in administration, fresh graduate are welcom to apply

·      Computer literate (Ms Office)

·      Good team work, self motivated & hard working

·      Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

 

 

 

SALES TEAM ( SPB / SPG )

 

Qualification :

·      Male or Female, single

·      Age max 20 years old

·      Minimum SMU with experience as sales promotion

·      Male H. 170 cm, female H. 160 cm

·      Good team work, Good looking, have an outgoing personality and good communication skill

·      Attractive, smart, creative, innovative, energic, optimist and self confidence

·      Willing to work on shift
