We are looking for high caliber candidates who have big passion for fashion retail on surfing industry, a team player, able to create a hard and smart working environment, willing to provide the best, honest and have integrity to reach our vision and mission. join our team as :     HR SUPERVISOR & INDUSTRIAL RELATION (IR) Qualification :   Male / Female, max 35 years old Bachelor degree from reputable university Minimum 5 years experience in HRM with managerial experience Having knowledge of Manpower regulations / indonesian labor law and its implementation Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the human resources operation Strong in company's regulation Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, personnel matters & employee relation Knowledgeable in compensation and benefit Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation Proficient in written and spoken english as well as computer literate Willing to be placement in Bali   Please send your application letter with detailed resume / CV and recent photograph within 14 days from advertisement to :   HRD PT.
