WRITER STAFF
MAIN RESPONSIBILTY
· Translating English language documents / Mentranslate dari dokumen berbahasa asing
· Transcripts into written documents from the archives of audio material / Mentranskrip ke dokumen dari bahan tulisan dalam bentuk audio
· Seeking new information and data from other supporting references (journals, mass media, books, textbooks, etc.) / Mencari data dan informasi baru dari referensi pendukung lain (jurnal, media massa, buku, teksbook, dll)
· Create graphs, tables etc. to complete the document / Membuat grafik, tabel dan lain-lain untuk melengkapi dokumen
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Min. Diploma degree in English literatur
· Excellent verbal and written communication English skills
· Familiar with Ms Office & Internet
CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER
MAIN RESPONSIBILTY
· Running promotional activity / Menjalankan aktivitas promosi
· Getting prospective clients / Mendapatkan prospek klien
· Conducting contact with clients / Melakukan kontak dengan klien
· Conducting management services provided to clients / Melaksanakan pengelolaan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada klien
· Perform administrative tasks associated with the sales / Melakukan tugas administrasi terkait dengan penjualan
· Maintain relationships with clients / Memelihara hubungan dengan klien
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
· Min. Diploma Degree
· Able to work achieve target
· Confident & Have good Communication skill
· Familiar with Ms Office & Internet
· Preferably have good experience in Customer service / telemarketing / marketing
