Vacancy Announcement
Islamic Relief Worldwide, a British NGO, is urgently looking fo suitable individuals for the following positions to implement a sustainable development programme in Pariaman under West Sumatra province. All positions will be based in Pariaman.
1. DRR Officer (01 position)
Salary: 4-5 millions IDR per month excluding other benefits
Experience, skill and qualification required:
· Degree in development, social science or related field from University
· 02-03 years experience in DRR field with national or international NGOs.
· Practical knowledge on PRA, community mobilization and facilitation skill
· Proven experience in relief and recovery activities of disaster situation
· Experience in identification of community needs
· Practical experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation process
· Experience in conduction training activities at community as well government department levels.
· Staff supervision and report writing skill
· Sufficient knowledge on using Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet and email packages
2. DRR Assistant (2 positions)
Salary: 2-3 millions IDR per month excluding other benefits
Experience, skill and qualification required:
· Degree in development, social science or related field from University
· Experience in DRR field with national or international NGOs.
· Practical knowledge on PRA, community mobilization and facilitation skill
· Experience in identification of community needs
· Proven experience in conducting community meeting and motivate them to involve in project cycle management.
· Experience in conduction training activities at community as well government department levels.
· Computer skill
Salary: 2-3 millions IDR per month excluding other benefits

Salary: 2-3 millions per month excluding other benefits
Experience, skill and qualification required:
· Minimum D3 preferably majoring in computer
· Able to communicate in English (written & spoken)
· Having good knowledge and skill of administration duties; filing document and database of staff
· Having good interpersonal skill and personal approach
· Willingness to work under pressure.
4. Security Guard (1 position)
Salary: 1.5-2 millions per month excluding other benefits
Salary: 2-3 millions per month excluding other benefits
Experience, skill and qualification required:
· Minimum D3 preferably majoring in computer
· Able to communicate in English (written & spoken)
· Having good knowledge and skill of administration duties; filing document and database of staff
· Having good interpersonal skill and personal approach
· Willingness to work under pressure.

Experience, skill and qualification required:
· Minimum 1 year experience in similar job
· At least Senior High School graduated
· Police Security Basic Training is demanded
· Basic English is an advantage
