GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Male/Female Max 45 years

· S1 for any field min IPK.2,75

· D3 Secretary for Assisstant Secretary

· Having minimum 5 years experience (1,2,3)

· Having minimum 3-4 years experience (4,5,6)

· Having experience in Manufacturing Industry (1, 2, 3), oil &
gas (4,5,6) are preferred

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Having techinal skill such as BTB & BTC (1)

Cost and Scenario Planning skill. (2)

· Having technical skill such as TNA, create a training
module, training evaluation, etc. (3)

administration, Industrial Relationship, Payroll&Tax Activities. (6)

· Be willing to take initiative and work under pressure with a
variety of people and organization

· Fluently in English.

Key Responsibilities:

* Report directly to President Director
* Provide strategic sales & marketing strategies in achieving the target growth & revenue numbers
* Provide leadership direction, motivate and manage Marketing & Sales team and coaching them in delivering their outputs
* Strong ability in conducting market research to determine market requirement and high ability to monitor the current Corporate Financing market trends and conditions as well as good knowledge & network of the Corporate Financing.
* Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results.
* Manage operational efficiency & capital budget
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment

The Requirements:

* Male/Female age between 30 - 40 years old
* Holding a Bachelor or Master Degree in any major from a reputable university with good academic performance.
* Having a minimum of a 5 (Five) year experience in finance, particularly strong experience in heavy equipment financing/leasing
* Capable of developing a channel strategy and maximize sales coverage
* Be able to manage and develop the internal sales team to plan, develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed all targets for sales team
* Strong personal drive, energy and commitment with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in spoken and written English
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Self motivated, creative, energetic, and relationship building skill

PhD Scholarship in Solar Radiation and Energy (Canberra, Australia)

An excellent PhD opportunity is available for a joint project with the Weather
and Energy Research Unit at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research
Organisation (CSIRO) and the Fenner School of Environment and Society at the
Australian National University in the area of Solar Radiation and Energy.

The appointed PhD student will develop a solar radiation and energy forecasting
system aimed at improving the way in which solar energy produced by a selection
of energy devices is integrated into the electricity grid. Such a system may
eventually be implemented operationally by bodies such as the Australian Energy
Market Operator and/or solar power farms operators.

Candidates who have achieved Honours 1 or 2a or equivalent in Science and/or
Engineering from a recognised University and have an enthusiastic interest in
Solar Energy and/or Meteorology are encouraged to apply. Applicants should
submit a brief statement of practical and academic suitability for the proposed
research topic, a current curriculum vitae, academic transcripts and contact
details for two referees.

Scholarship applications close 30th November 2010, but the search may remain
open until the position is filled. The selected PhD student will be awarded a
research support budget of up to AUD 24,000 per annum.
