Our client, a Multi National Company in fast moving consumer goods, currently is searching for high caliber candidates to fill in position as:

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for assisting Sales & Marketing Country Head in achieving the sales volume in regard with market segment under his/her responsibilities to support the Sales activities in achieving the company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:

· University Degree in Management or Business Administration or relatefields

· 4 Years experience in managerial level, in Multi-National Companies.

· Maximum 38 Years Old

· Familiar with market of fast moving consumer good products

· Good analytical, presentation and negotiation skill

· Effective of leading and motivating a team

· Effective relationship management, communication

· Good levels of drive and influencing skill

· Proficient in written and oral English

· Computer literate

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The jobholders primary areas of responsibilities included (but are not limited to) the following activities:

Penetration of new markets where Pacific Indomas for distribution.
Trips to support evaluate and train new and existing Rep personnel. This includes participation in trade shows, troubleshooting valve products in the field, and evaluating valve applications in the world market.
Participation in planning and formation of Pacific Indomas marketing and sales strategy.
Quotations: Timely Preparation and submittal of quotations to Distributor and to customers. These may be simple verbal quotations, or may involve extensive technical documents supplied by the customer.
Maintain the correspondence and quote files.
Ensure that orders received have the correct financial documentation and back-up so that payment is assured. May assist Accounts Receivable in matters of collection.
Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the following: assistance in coordinating monthly newsletter, marketing promotions, literature, and competitive information.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:

You are required to establish, maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new clients and distributors. You will support pre-sales and post-sales activities, propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and a sales team trainer.

REQUIREMENT:

Male or Female
Maximum 35 Years old
Manages the design team of appointed consultants through entire development process.
Prepare a concept plan for a development site which defines, land use, plantation, and machinery, detail of mix and size of the development elements.
Recommends development strategy.
Develop key strategies plan & provide directions to attain the goals.
To ensure plans are implemented based on proper allocation of resources.
Recruitment and cultivation of high quality Rep prospects as a method of expanding our business.
Evaluation of Reps already established. The establishment of realistic sales quotas and methods of assisting Reps to attain the quotas.
Conduct product training and application seminars for Reps and customers, in the field. The seminars will cover equipment application, new products, sales techniques, etc.

QUALIFICATION:

S1 graduated from reputable University with minimum 3 years experience as Business Development/Marketing in managerial level, experience in FMCG Company is advantage.
A good team player, spirit to work towards a commons goal with motivational leadership. Excellent negotiations and communications skills with the credibility to interact in order to built and to maintain good relationship & networking with both internal & external party.
Good planning and organization skills, able to work with tight schedule / deadline
Excellent communication and have a good interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure
Honest, trustworthy, independent
Fluent in English (written & oral) is a must

Assistant Finance Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

Assisting Finance controller in coordinating all Finance activities and implementing policies and procedures accordingly to achieve the F&A objectives in line with company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:

· University degree in Accounting.

· Maximum 32 Years Old

· Excellent knowledge of accounting, budgeting and financial report and analysis. Minimum 6 years working experience in Finance, Accounting and Taxation. Effective of leading and motivating a team.

· Has knowledge in Bapepam, also accounting and tax regulations in Indonesia.

· Fluent in English, both oral and written, computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excell, Power Point) and Internet.

· Skill-full in using related program of Finance and Accounting.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The jobholders primary areas of responsibilities included (but are not limited to) the following activities:

1. To control the Bank account and journal of each bank account.

2. To carry out verification of payment.

3. To review all payment and cash flow of the company.

4. To perform related duties assigned by the Management.

5. Control System Accounting and Tax procedure;

6. Review and ensures Tax Compliance and Reporting as well as reconciliations;

7. Provide yearly report of Accounting and Tax;

8. Review Monthly Tax Payment and Report (tax art. 21,23,25,26);

9. To operate e-SPT and review bank reconciliation
