Jabatan tersebut dikategorikan sebagai Tenaga Pelaksana dengan ketentuan sbb :
  1. Usia pensiun 45 tahun
  2. Jaminan Sosial dikelola oleh Lembaga asuransi yang ditunjuk oleh perusahaan
  3. Penempatan di wilayah kerja PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau dan tidak dapat dipindahkan ke wilayah kerja lain.
Adapun kriteria yang dipersyaratkan adalah sebagai berikut :

PERSYARATAN UMUM
  1. Jenis Kelamin laki-laki; status belum menikah, dan bersedia tidak menikah selama masa pendidikan.
  2. Pendidikan terakhir SMK Teknik Mesin/Listrik/Kimia
  3. Nilai rata-rata Ujian Nasional (UN) minimal 6,00
  4. Umur maksimal per tanggal 1 Januari 2010 adalah 20 tahun.
  5. Tinggi badan minimal 155 cm.
  6. Sehat jasmani dan rohani berdasarkan pemeriksaan dokter/laboratorium yang ditunjuk perusahaan.
  7. Lulus seluruh tahapan seleksi, yang meliputi : seleksi administrasi, tes Fisik, tes Akademis, Psikotes, Tes Kesehatan, Wawancara dan Diklat Prajabatan.
PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
  1. Diutamakan berasal dari penduduk di wilayah kerja PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau dan dibuktikan dengan KTP.
  2. Berat badan proporsional terhadap tinggi badan, tidak melebihi standar obesitas (BMI maksimum 30).
  3. Berbadan sehat (sesuai standar laboratorium), tidak buta warna, tidak rabun malam, maksimum minus 2 dan tidak silindris, dan tidak menderita epilepsi.
  4. Tidak terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba dan zat adiktif lainnya dan tidak terlibat tindakan criminal yang dituangkan dalam surat pernyataan di atas materai.
  5. Tidak bertatto dan tidak ditindik/bekas tindik di telinganya atau anggota tubuh lainnya
  6. Memiliki kemampuan fisik untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan di Bagian Operasi, termasuk diantaranya:
    • Bekerja secara shift (siang/malam)
    • Bekerja pada instalasi pembangkit di lokasi pembangkit
    • Bekerja secara disiplin dan melaksanakan peraturan SMM, SML, SMK3 & K2LH.
  7. Bersedia mengikuti pendidikan prajabatan selama maksimal 12 bulan dengan status sebagai siswa Diklat prajabatan.
  8. Apabila telah lulus Diklat prajabatan, akan diangkat sebagai Pegawai tetap dan wajib menjalani ikatan dinas selama 5 (lima) tahun semenjak diangkat sebagai pegawai.

I. Organizational Context

Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is a United Nation agency which provides technical assistance in Indonesia. One of our projects since 2006 provides

Under the overall supervision of the FAO Representative, the Project Manager and under the guidance and direct supervision of the Office Manager, the Office
Assistant will provide overall support to the Office Manager in the FAO / GOI HPAI Control Programme office, for the administration and execution of varied

Duties and Responsibilities

Summary of key functions:

* Draft routine correspondences, memoranda and reports under the direction of the Office Manager.
* Assist in the filing of documents and maintaining an organized document archive system.
* Assist in managing outgoing and incoming mail related to official project documents and facilitate communication with the MOA/GOI.
* Maintain the official office calendar.
* Assist in arrangements for meetings/trainings, including facilities, documentation, participants.
* Assist in scanning, copying, and facsimile transmission of official documents.
* Manage office inventory system related to office supply stock.
* Assist in managing office supplies (kitchen, stationary, equipments, etc).

General Duties:

Skills, knowledge and experience

* Proficient in using Microsoft office

Position title : Programme Assistant

Position objective : Programme Assistant supports the internal and external communication of FRC delegation as well as FRC Programme team in maintaining a good management of the programme

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION
The French Red Cross (FRC) is part of the global Red Cross / Red Crescent Movement and is present in Indonesia at the invitation of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) since the 26 December 2004 tsunami in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and Nias Island. Since the very first days after the disaster, FRC has been active in supporting wide range activities on the rehabilitation of infrastructure and reconstruction of housing, school and health facilities.

In the field of long-term development, FRC has broadened its commitment to contribute to the efforts towards the reinforcement of disaster management capacity in Indonesia. As a part of the support, FRC trough its DM Program is now developing Emergency Operational Center (EOC) guidelines for the three EOC buildings that has been built in three provinces Bali, DI Yogyakarta and Jambi.
FRC is also developing another program to support PMI to implement Integrated Community Based Risk Reduction (ICBRR) Program in West Sumatera Province of Indonesia. The program will be started on September 2010.

Within this overall framework, FRC is currently seeking a Program Assistant to support both program and internal activities of FRC.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides support to the Programme team and Head of Delegation in document and correspondence preparation and follow-ups;
2. Assists the Programme Team in the organization of events and workshop as necessary;
3. Ensures translation and interpreting as needed;
4. Handles minute-taking of meeting and reports;
5. Manages FRC library (storage of incoming and outgoing letters, reference documents and programme documents).
6. Contributes to FRC regular reporting (weekly, monthly) and document publication
7. Under supervision of Head of Delegation and Program manager, supports the development of communication strategy for FRC delegation and programs as required
8. Performs any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Head of Delegation

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Preferred university degree in relevant discipline (Public Relations, Law, Communication, marketing, etc.)
Experience:
Experience producing written documentation for technical and non technical audiences; Experience working with Red Cross movement or International NGO is an advantage; International experience is an advantage
Skills:
Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English, in oral and written; Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office; Ability to work in a diverse cultural context; Highly organized; Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Management and Reporting
The Administration Assistant will work under day to day supervision of Programme Coordinator for Lombok and Bali

Responsibilities
The Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the Provincial Biogas Programme Officer  in the day to day office running, including :

Admin/Finnance:

1. Record incoming and outgoing correspondence.
2. Record incoming and outgoing warehouse stock.
3. Type drafted letters or any other drafted documents required.
4. Assist in photocopying, scanning, faxing documents.
5. Support logistic matters of meetings and events (such as food order, sending invitations and follow up confirmation, registration desk, etc.).
6. Support in any other logistic and procurement matters (find quotations and prepare purchase and/or bidding documents).
7. Copy CD/DVD and other digital material.
8. Record daily financial transaction
9. Prepare vouchers for general journals as requested by Finance Officer
10. Update contact lists and manage the name cards holder.
11. Prepare and process monthly timesheets of all IDBP team members.

Qualification
1. Relevant education, administration skills, finance/accounting background or experience

[lowongan-beasiswa] Beasiswa PHD di Univ Copenhagen

 



LIFE - Faculty of Life Sciences is one of Europe's leading university environments in the areas of veterinary science, food and natural resources.
 
Through financial support from the Faculty of Life Sciences, University of Copenhagen, 8 PhD scholarships are available within Climate Change; Impacts, Mitigation and Adaptation. The three-year studentships are expected to be effective from 1 December or soon thereafter.
 
Applications are welcomed within the following 15 areas; please observe that only 8 PhD scholarships will be filled.
 
  1. Research to prevent methane emission from ruminant livestock and associated damage to the environment
  2. Downscaling climate change information for agriculture and natural resource management
  3. Spatial characterisation and modelling of bio-production, eco-systems and climate driven spatial change
  4. Climate change effects on ecology and pest status of noxious species
  5. Developing sustainable, climate-favorable fertilizer technologies for industrial and third world agriculture
  6. Waste management effects on GHG emissions and climate change – in a life cycle assessment perspective
  7. Climate Change and Mitigation: Forestry and land-use change
  8. Climate Change and Adaptation: Forestry and land-use change
  9. Impact of climate change on emerging plant diseases and their threat to food security
  10. Climate and contaminants in agricultural drainage water
  11. Climate change: Costal Flooding Impacts and Adaptation Strategies in Urban Planning
  12. Economics of Climate Change and Natural Resources Management
  13. Climate change- GIS-based models for assessing changes in transmission patterns and human health risks of food-borne zoonotic trematode infections in south-east Asia
  14. GIS-based models and risk assessment to establish effect of climate change on Salmonella in aquacultures in South-east Asia
  15. Effect of climate change on the disease biology of vector-borne helminth diseases in Africa
 
Qualification requirements
 
• In connection with the appointment to the post special importance will be attached to the applicant having the professional and personal qualifications stated below:
• Passed Master's degree in relation to the above subject area(s)
• The PhD candidate is also required to have research potential, to be enterprising, to possess good interpersonal skills and to be qualified for enrolment into the PhD programme.
 
Terms of employment
The post will be filled in accordance with the Agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Danish Federation of Professional Associations. The post is covered by the Protocol on Job Structure.
 
The position as a PhD fellow requires the applicant to be approved for admission to the PhD programme of the university in question.

Appendix 2: material required for expert assessment, including publications and documentation of work experience.
 
Foreign diplomas (Master, Bachelor and the like) must be provided in the original language as well as in an English translation. For all diplomas, Danish or otherwise, transcripts containing the names and grades/marks for all courses taken must also be included.

In addition to the material the applicant wishes to be included in the assessment, the Assessment Committee may implicate additional material in the assessment of the applicant. In such circumstances, it is the responsibility of the applicant, on request, to send the material to the Committee.
