ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Achieve the advertisement sales target
Prepares and conducts client presentations as well as ensures that campaigns receive input from potential customers and are accurately focused
Search and maintain client based on personal networking
Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree, with minimum 1 year experience in sales.
Have a good relationship with Advertising Agencies and possessing a wide network
Have an excellent sales record and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, passionate in sales field with strong target oriented
Pleasant personality, good performance, interactive and high motivation
Ability to take initiative and work independently or in a team
Good command in written and spoken in English

Our client, a Multi National Company in fast moving consumer goods, currently is searching for high caliber candidates to fill in position as:

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for assisting Sales & Marketing Country Head in achieving the sales volume in regard with market segment under his/her responsibilities to support the Sales activities in achieving the company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:

· University Degree in Management or Business Administration or related fields

· 4 Years experience in managerial level, in Multi-National Companies.

· Maximum 38 Years Old

· Familiar with market of fast moving consumer good products

· Good analytical, presentation and negotiation skill

· Effective of leading and motivating a team

· Effective relationship management, communication

· Good levels of drive and influencing skill

· Proficient in written and oral English

· Computer literate
