Deskripsi tugas :

Bertanggung jawab menjalankan Route Plan yang sudah diberikan
Membuat target achievement yang ditetapkan oleh atasan serta melakukan pengembangan Retail Outlet di wilayahnya masing-masing
Melakukan edukasi, branding program ke Retail Outlet
Bertanggung jawab membuat nota penjualan di Retail Outlet
Bertanggung jawab serta memastikan uang setoran sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku
Mengikuti disiplin waktu yang sudah ditetapkan, penyetoran uang, penyerahan nota dan perhitungan barang

Kualifikasi :

Pria, max. 30 thn
SMU atau sederajat
Lebih disukai untuk kandidat yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
Mampu bekerja dengan target
Memiliki motor pribadi dan Sim C
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik dan komunikatif

SALES EXECUTIVE

(SE-M0411)

Deskripsi tugas :

Melakukan check stock barang, update harga barang, review plan kunjungan dealer, store check, presentasi ke dealer, closing order, pencatatan, analisa penjualan/pasar serta membuat laporan dari seluruh kegiatan penjualan.
Bertanggung jawab terhadap stock barang, informasi pasar dan harga pasar
Bertanggung jawab terhadap pengembangan outlet baru/bill out dan selalu berusaha meningkatkan pengembangan outlet baru/bill out tetap menjaga dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan dealer.
Bertanggung jawab mengupdate dan membuat laporan data penjualan kerja harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
Melakukan spreading setiap hari secara regular agar mendapat bill outlet baru
Melakukan perhitungan jumlah data penjualan per dealer dengan memperhatikan limit dan aging, melakukan follow up kepada dealer yang bersangkutan dan mengkoordinasikan messenger dalam penagihan jatuh tempo dan aging.

Kualifikasi :

Pria, max. 29 thn
D3 dan memiliki pengalaman min. 1 thn sebagai sales/marketing
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
Mampu bekerja dengan target
Memiliki motor pribadi dan Sim C
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik dan komunikatif

PRESALES CONSULTANT

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree preferably majoring in Finance / Accounting, with at least 1-2 years experience as Presales within the IT and related industry
Good understanding about Finance / Accounting process
Having knowledge about HR process will be an added value
Experience using ERP system is preferable
Familiar with RDBMS like Oracle/SqlServer/MySql is preferable
Excellent in problem solving, analytical and presentation skill
Fluent in English both oral spoken and written
Able to work individual or in team
Willing to travel frequently and able to work in under pressure situation to meet deadline

Responsibilities :

Assess prospect's requirements based on TOR/RFI/RFP from sales team or business partner
Assisting sales team or business partner to understand prospect requirements and design suggested IFS solutions to prospects.
Assisting sales team or business partner to prepare and make a technical and business process solution proposal
To be involved in developing documentation and macro analysis (assessment, project scoping study, prototyping specification, system enhancement estimation, etc. ) during presales or implementation study
Work closely with the Sales Team and Consulting or business partner to develop presentation materials, create case study demo, create prototypes, integrate systems, handle cross module issues and ensure timely and defect free delivery of the demo presentation
Present a solution demo and/or presentation demo to prospect
Provide sales quality document as a part of important source for the IFS contract review
Conduct business requirements study in varied (targeted) industries and design IFS solution mapping
Assisting business partner by conducting regular audit to make sure the implementation meets IFS standard methodology (for projects that implemented by partner)

Sales Engineer (SE - ACI)

· Develop and enhance good working relationship with all key accounts in the area, potential customers as well as internal colleagues in order to grow the business in the region.

· Maintain excellent; up-to date record system for accounts and products and to have a territory continuity strategy on file.

· Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia

Experience requirements

Excellent sales record from similar position selling high quality products to Industrial users. Previous experience from working in a foreign company is a plus.

Knowledge

· Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

We are currently looking for dynamic, top caliber and dedicated professionals to
immediately fill the following position:
Secretary
•Female, preferably single, professional appearance
•Maximum 25 years of age
•D3 Degree (preferably from Secretarial Academy/English Literature) with 2 years working experience in secretarial duties.

Receptionist
•Female, age 19 – 23 years old with professional appearance and pleasant
personality.
•Minimum D1 graduates from a reputable local college majoring in public

Junior Consultants
