Child Fund Indonesia is currently  seeking: 
 
Project Manager REACH (PMREACH/CFI)
 
Key  Responsibilities:
 
• Represent ChildFund Indonesia and the  project in formal and informal relationships with UNICEF, grant partners,  government authorities and other stakeholders, as  appropriate.
• Ensure that the project meets all the UNICEF  cooperative agreement requirements related to project management, supervision,  administration, implementation of planned activities and regular reporting to  SPM and donor.
• Lead annual work plan preparation and oversee  production of reports & deliverables to UNICEF.
• Supervise  project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in a manner  consistent with ChildFund's working principles.
• Attend national  and district level partnership meetings relevant to the REACH  sector.
• Identify and develop agreements and relationships with  appropriate local NGO partners.
• Ensure that efficient systems are  in place to support all aspects of project activity, including sub contractor  and grant management and project monitoring and evaluation, and that they  support the effective use of project resources in compliance with UNICEF  regulations.
• Oversee the dissemination of reports related to  project activities.
• Ensure that financial systems support  ChildFund's accountability to UNICEF and that financial reports are timely,  accurate and complete.
• Supervise other key project personnel:  Documentation/M&E consultant, Project Officer, Finance and Administration  Officer, Field Coordinators from the local NGO  partners.
• Coordinate and supervise all project-level conferences  and training activities.
• Close coordinate with Eastern Zonal  Manager for harmonizing project implementation and zonal profile updates.  
 
Required Minimum Formal Education Level:
• Advance  University Degree in Health Sciences/Medical Doctor, Master in
Public Health  preferable
• At least seven (7) years of professional working experience in  related
fields of community development in Mother and Child Health.  Some
technical knowledge of newborn care, immunization, malaria,  pneumonia
and diarrhea are desirable.
